Liquid Lightning
Unsatisfied with his performance on a test, an eccentric teenage scientist creates a formula to increase his speed and productivity.

Writer / Director / Editor / Visual Effects / Sound
A coming-of-age movie
I created Liquid Lightning in my sophomore year of high school for the required Sophomore Project as a part of the International Baccalaureate program. I consider it my first real short film based on my time investment and how ambitious I was trying to be. The story of its creation is well documented through a series of journals spanning nine months. The production was crazy. I made a lot of mistakes. Overall, the large project was quite a learning experience, and I enjoy reflecting on how far I’ve come.
